Can't log in to Synergy.

If you can't log in to Synergy, the problem may be that your password has expired, or you don't have permissions/focus.

Permissions/Focus: If you need to change your focus please open a ticket or send email

Password expired:

  1. Out of the office. If you are out of the office and can't log in to Synergy, update your password online
  2. In the office. If you are in the office and logged on to your Windows computer, but can't log in to Synergy, log out of your Windows computer and then log back in. If your password has expired, you will be prompted to update it.

Call the Helpdesk at 7070 or (831) 796-7070 if you are still having trouble with your Synergy account.

Note for SUHSD Staff: The password reset process will reset your password for Windows, Synergy, and Google.
