Kajeet SmartSpot Info & Troubleshooting

If you cannot access the Internet with your Kajeet Smartspot it may be that you have exceeded your daily data limit.

Troubleshooting
  1. Restart the Kajeet and Reconnect to the Verizon Network.  
  2. Each Kajeet has a Daily Use Limit.  You can hit the limit very easily if you are watching videos or browsing the Internet.  You may have to wait until the next day for the Data to refresh.
  3. Check the status of the Kajeet device and see if it is available for use at kajeet.com/status.

REMINDER: Kajeet devices are for school use only.  Any extra use (like watching videos or playing games) will use up your data and you will not be able access the Internet.
